Execution terms of BSCI certification

All suppliers have an obligation to take necessary measures to implement and supervise the BSCI Code of Conduct:

Management responsibility:

Notify management and suppliers of the content of the BSCI Code of Conduct

Establish a responsibility attribution system within the company organization in accordance with all BSCI codes of conduct

Appoint one or more management employees to be responsible for the implementation of the BSCI Code of Conduct

Supervise the company's compliance with the BSCI Code of Conduct and make necessary improvements in the location

Employee awareness:

Explain the content of the BSCI Code of Conduct to employees, informing them that they should support the BSCI Code of Conduct and provide guidance to employees and subordinates Suppliers should translate the full text of the BSCI Code of Conduct into appropriate local languages and promote it prominently in their location and other places Employees must receive verbal guidance and information about the BSCI Code of Conduct through understandable language

Regularly train employees on workplace safety and the impact of employee behavior on society and the environment

Save records:

Record the names, ages, working hours, and salaries paid to all employees, and provide the above documents to BSCI auditors as needed

Record the location of hazardous substances and other potential threats

Supervise and maintain safety facilities and materials

Update relevant statutory requirements and regulations

Complaint and improvement plan

Appoint an employee to handle complaints related to BSCI affairs

Record and investigate complaints related to BSCI affairs from employees or third parties, and report the facts and any necessary improvement measures arising from them

Provide the necessary resources for implementing necessary improvement measures

For employees who are willing to comply with the BSCI Code of Conduct, dismissal or other disciplinary actions can be avoided

Suppliers and subcontractors:

Introduce social norms and comply with BSCI Code of Conduct as a condition when signing all contracts with suppliers

Require suppliers to regularly report on their implementation of the BSCI Code of Conduct

Supervision:
